The time is almost here: From March 10–12, embedded world 2026 will open its doors in Nuremberg. We look forward to welcoming you in person in Hall 1, Booth 462. Once again, we will be showcasing innovative display and system solutions specifically developed for demanding embedded and industrial applications. Our BECK Compact Modules are ready-to-connect open-frame TFT displays in which the display, controller, and drive electronics are designed as a perfectly matched overall system. Robust, EMC-optimized housings, defined mounting points, and interfaces such as HDMI, DVI, VGA, and DisplayPort ensure fast and reliable system integration. Development and manufacturing in Germany, combined with long-term availability, provide maximum planning security, from standard solutions to fully customized adaptations.
Quantum-dot technology elevates LCD displays to a new performance level, offering extremely precise color reproduction, high energy efficiency, and color gamut coverage of over 90% BT.2020. Combined with Mini-LED backlights, displays achieve thousands of locally dimmable zones for impressive contrast and high brightness, ideal for industrial, automotive, medical, and other demanding visualization applications. Together with our partner Innolux, we demonstrate how this technology is already being used in state-of-the-art display solutions.
With Kaleido™ 3 Outdoor, E Ink introduces a color e-paper display that operates reliably even in extreme temperatures from –15°C to +65°C, while consuming minimal power. Up to 4,096 colors, fast partial refresh capability, and sizes of up to 75 inches make it an ideal solution for sustainable outdoor digital signage concepts. Its extremely low energy consumption even allows operation via solar panels, making it perfect for off-grid applications.
Only sensors make displays truly smart. Our BECK Sensor Boards detect ambient light, temperature, humidity and distance, and work directly with BECK TFT controllers, without the need for additional hardware. Functions such as automatic brightness adjustment, thermal protection, and condition-based maintenance are already integrated, significantly reducing development effort. Combined with the new BECK fan module, this creates a fully controller-managed cooling and monitoring concept for robust 24/7 systems.
