Full Color 27" LED-Display "Cabinets"

Mini RGB LED Packages on a PCB

Full color LED display modules from Yenrich Technology Corporation (Yenrich), part of the Ennostar Group, are a matrix of individual 4in1 mini RGB LED packages on a specially designed PCB.

The product, named IF09HP0.0, is an LED matrix with 160x180 pixels and a pixel pitch of < 1mm (Figure 1).

D09NWG0.0 "Cabinet"

This modular design of the IF09HP0.0 can be extended as required, for example 3x2 IF09HP0.0 modules can be used to create the D09NWG0.0 
"Cabinet" with a resolution of 640x360 pixels and a size of 27 inches (600x337.5x45 mm) (Figure 2).

External Video Controller

In contrast to a normal TFT, where the entire image content is passed on to the display controller, theCabinet requires an external video controller to display an image (Figure 3).

This video controller divides the image to be displayed into individual segments corresponding to the LED modules (IF09HP0.0) and controls these individually in order to display the overall image on the Cabinet (D09NWG0.0).

Expandable Cabinets

These cabinets are also expandable and can be seamlessly connected to create a gapless viewing area.

For example, video walls of 3x3 cabinets can combine to create full HD resolution with a gigantic screen diagonal of 81" (2.05m), 4K resolution at 163" (4.14m) or even more (Figure 4).

Cabinets as well as the external video controller including power supply are available through the company BED from Nuremberg.
